Village Tea Company Store on Preston and Forest

by martin ~ June 16th, 2010. Filed under: Company News.
It is with great sadness that we announce the temporary closing of the Village Tea Company store on Preston and Forest

The Village Tea Company store was introduced as a proof-of-concept store location allowing us to understand the appeal of a large scale tea company in Dallas.  We have learned that consumers not only want a tea company but also need a get away from their everyday activities with a relaxing environment close to them.  As a result, we have adjusted our original plan and are currently looking for an alternate location in the uptown and surrounding area to introduce the Village Tea Company store.

The toughest economy in recent times has helped us reach this decision but we are confident that Village Tea Company can and will be an important place to the Dallas consumer.  We are grateful for your continuous support and are committed to Dallas.  Village Tea Company has employed over 75 local workers since May of 2009 and we were happy to have provided employment during this tough economic time.
